So, what percentage of the Palestinians actually were property owners, and what percentage of the land area? Your 6% means absolutely nothing without comparisons. And 6% of what? The entire "Palestine," including TransJordan - or just the west bank of the Jordan that became Israel? Qualify your figures.

So now you want to shift the yardstick to be "the majority culture," not who has legal documentation of ownership?
