We declared war on Japan after Pearl Harbor, but we waited for Germany to declare war on us before our own declaration. Later, we claimed we didn't know about the Nazi atrocities, and that if we had, we would have acted sooner. Well, in this situation, we know, and if we hesitate to act, history will be our judge.

Maybe if they just apologize and say they had a bad day, we could all be friends. Then, we could send Bill Clinton over to cry, smile, then hug, and the world will be set right
