OK, that relieves me, actually. "Believe" is not the same thing as "know." We were talking about the past. You don't know, I don't know. I don't believe that anyone from the US taught these people to commit the atrocities they commited. I think we taught them military tactics and strategy, and what the spooks call "tradecraft." Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot, to name just a few, figured out how to commit atrocities without any input from the US. These are just motivated guys who are seeking the rush of power. According to psychopaths, killing people is the ultimate rush.
