Notice the release said "strategic partners" & not major computer OEMs. I doubt any major OEMs will go for AMD's new mkting BS, especially where they know where the money is...

This guy don't know that IPC is not equal to 1 or fix no matter the CPU.

It will be difficult to sell for AMD ... CPU are so complex.
