What are you talking about ->>>"The TRIBUNE"<<<????? What does the Tribune have to do with the LA Times? What do the two writers >>"have such an axe to grind"<< as you put it? Who knows maybe that's something you ought to ask them? I certainly can't read their minds nor am I interested. I happen to think that the state's (CA)very late start in writing long term supply contracts contributed heavilly to the distortation of the situation and when the state finally did enter into contracts that the state would overcommit. If you think otherwise that is your right. Mac
