You're making yourself ludicrous by Netanyahu (rofl) as your advocate. The US first actively (VERY actively to be exact) supported the setting up and organizing the Hague tribunal, whose role is to judge on the crimes against humanity that happened in Balkans (and in Rwanda). Now that EU - and others - suggest to make this court a permanent one, they are furiously back-pedalling on the issue. I will not persue this topics. Sapienti sat. dj
