Here's where we stand: Poll: 5 for 0 bp 10 for 25 bp 11 for 50 bp 06:48 ET Virata (VRTA) 9.98: Virata and Globespan (GSPN 9.04) combining in a merger of equals; Virata shareholders will receive 1.02 shares of GSPN for each Virata share, or $9.22/share, a slight discount to Friday's closing price. Companies expect merger to be accretive within 12 months of closing. GSPN says revenues for Sep qtr will be $46 mln vs Multex consensus of $47 mln; VRTA sees revenues of $30 mln vs $24 mln consensus.
