Given that almost all funds ar showing losses year to date, why will there be any significant tax selling this year?

I believe we have already seen 85% of the fund selling for both redemptions as well as tax loss selling.

There is so much money on side lines as well as CHEAP in regards to getting new money, I believe October may be a moot month! All depends on war action!

Personally we could have a nice rally in late Oct-Dec!! Then perhaps a retest of lows before BULL resumes in fall of 2002!
