JNJ On Friday, jurors awarded $100 million in compensatory damages against Janssen and its parent company, Johnson & Johnson . Plaintiffs said they suffered from anxiety, heart conditions and other health problems after using Propulsid.

The trial was the first in the nation involving Propulsid. Hundreds of other suits are pending nationwide.

up 38 on friday. now down 38 but i think the market would hold ~1450.(qcom+msft are stocks to watch).... we are probably getting set up for a trading range for now. way down here, there is no reason to be overly pessimistic anymore.
