Unfortunately, treason only applies in a declared war. We need to get Congress to do their job so we can start jailing the asswipes of the country. Better yet, exile them to Afghanistan so they can help the enemy more than just spewing treason on the internet. They could become missile catcher's for the Talibums.

Also.

I heard that Bush is saying in private that any leaks about anything they do will be considered a treasonous act. I can see where he's coming from too. If any of our guys gets killed because some idiot leaks some info to be a hero to the press they should definitely go to jail.

That's why I know when I hear something "leaked" by someone in the Administration I know it was meant to be leaked.
