Speaking of desserts: This week-end I got a sudden craving for Banana Pie. The last time I had some was in 1976. I got a recipe off the internet and baked a couple of banana pies. Unfortunately, they sucked bad. Some kind of liquid jelly surfaced and when I cut the darn things they looked more like banana soup than banana pie. Does anyone here know of a good reliable recipe I can try? I've waited 25 years but I am now salivating. Cheers Chef Vinny
