From today's Don Hays: Our asset allocation is the most bullish that it has been since the fall of 1995, and my long-term growth accounts (whose asset allocation is now targeting a 100% stock allocation) are already invested in the 85-88% range in stocks as a result of last week’s action. My plan is to continue to peck away at moving up to the 100% target in the next few weeks. This will allow me to be a little more methodical, and pick my spots as the next few weeks of progress is studied. But the target is firmly in place.
