Hi russwinter,

With AU taking over Normandy, there's bound to be some restructuring. Should work to TVX's advantage . . .

Here's the overview from their website:

The Crixas Mine is owned by Mineracao Serra Grande S. A., which in turn is owned by affiliates of Anglogold (50%) and TVX Normandy (50%).

The La Coipa Mine is owned by Compania Minera Mantos de Oro (MDO), which in term is owned 50% by Placer Dome Inc. (operator) and 50% by TVX Normandy.

The Morro do Ouro gold deposit is owned by Rio Paracatu Mineracao S.A., which in turn is controlled by Brazilian subsidiaries of the operator, Rio Tinto (51%), and TVX Normandy (49%).

The New Britannia Mine (formerly the Nor Acme Mine), which TVX Normandy operates, is owned 50% by TVX Normandy and 50% by High River Gold Mines.

The Musselwhite Mine is owned by Placer Dome Canada (68%), operator, and TVX Normandy Americas (32%).

Best regards, John.
