That is total BS. There is no collusion. We work together and we uncover frauds. The sin is in the frauds. Check facts.

I make it a practice not to post on SI. However, this litany of lies and falsehoods requires a response. There are so many incorrect, false and disingenuous statements in your post, that I cannot begin to respond to each of them. Whoever follows this thread should understand that the Gary Swancey is not being honest or accurate in his assertions.

Don't believe it, folks! He has got it all wrong.

Dude you are a disgusting dirtbag. Everyone knows you are nothing but a pump and dump artist and this is really about making it easier for you to do exactly that, so please don't try to pretend to be a patriot or that this is any kind of crusade, it's all about the money for you.
Also quit being such a pussy. It's pretty obvious that when you talk about felon run cartels charging $600/month blah blah blah, it's A@P, why not get some balls and just say it that way instead of tip toeing all over the place?
BTW, I am an ex-member now and feel like I was cheated. I wasn't told how to set up offshore and avoid reporting to the IRS. You did know that Canadian accounts held by Americans are reported to the IRS didn't you? I'm sure you did since you seem to know everything about short selling.
Friends with the Feds. Well gee, if you were a cop and you had a guy giving you tip after tip allowing you to bust drug dealers, murders, rapist etc. you might grow fond of that person. Same when it comes to giving info. on con artist and their pump and dump stocks. It's the SEC's job to stop stock fraud and like it or not, and you obviously do not, shorters are a great source of great info. for the SEC. If the info. was bad the SEC would quickly ignore a person or even charge them with a crime, but obviously the info. is verrrry good.
You wanna do some good why don't you get a petition up to ban margin, and have lock limits on stock so if one of your pump and dumps goes up 10-20% in a day or has unusual volume it gets halted until the company can account for the unusual activity. Also maybe make it a felony to go on TV and recommend someone buy a stock selling at a zillion PE, or buy the market when it's still well well above the long term norm in terms of a P/E. Then after you do that, maybe only then can you look at shorting.
Bottom line if there was no shorting you'd have a much easier time running up your never had it never will turd companies and that's really what you are after.

I was wondering if you could name a stock where a short-selling cartel bashed it yet it turned out to be a worthwhile investment. I am especially interested in a stock where the cartel bashed it then went long as you asserted.
