prevention, though. This am on the news was announced that a plan by whacko Arabs to blow up the Sears Tower, McVeigh style, was uncovered. Several arrested. How? detective work that's how. A lot of this stuff can be prevented. We are not helpless. It just takes commitment, resolve and money. No one can really prevent a person for shooting up a crowded street. Heck teenagers have doen this in their schools. But with commitment, resolve and money a lot can be prevented, and bad people can be locked up, and interrogated to implicate others.
