Mr. Bard, please respond to Mark L's factual, legitimate question.

Let's compare the list of stocks which were targeted by 'collusive' shortsellers and turned out to be fraudulent or worthless or over-valued by a factor of 5 vs those that were not frauds or worthless or over-valued by 5x.

I'll start with a few on my side, all halted by SEC and now worth less than a dime per share.

ECNC
INIV
UPCA

please add to list on both sides of ledger.

Peter

Look turdbag, you are the one that bends and twist.

"But thanks for the FED connection and "Above the Law" Confirmation"

Learn to read moron. I confirmed that shorters give info, to the authorities, just as any RED BLOODED MURICAN would to get all flag draped about it. You see a crime, you report it. You totally dreamed up the "Above The Law" bit because I said no such thing, in fact I said if a shorter gave bad info. they would face charges, but you chose to ignore that since it doesn't fit your cause.

"No I did not know Canadian Accounts were reported to the SEC"
Again, please learn to read. I said IRS not SEC.

And that's enough of this thread for me. Losers like you need guys like me to argue with, otherwise you just blow yourself out like the true windbag you are, so distort all you can out of this post, and then blow away.
