You really do buy the bilge put out by the street, doncha!! FYI, this is soooo wrong! "But a big wad of a fairly stable paper currency is better for most purposes than a sagging pocket full of gold, if you are a refugee."

NOT HARDLY...the border guards want gold, not paper...and that is just fact #1.

POINT 2: We observed a fascinating phenom with Viet Namese refugees...you see they didn't bring "sagging pocketsful of gold" but instead came with ornately engraved gold body wrap...torso, legs, arms, you name it. And when they arrived, they disrobed, unwrapped, rolled it back up again and stashed it, breaking off or trimming off pieces and selling as the need arose. It is some of the most beautiful gold artwork I've ever seen. And this is a war that was "over" what, 20-25 years ago? You think this gold-wrap possibility might still exist? It is simply because gold is so maleable and ductile and so very easily camo'd!

Get up t'speed on your gold FACTS, T...your lack of exposure to the "other versions of the truth about gold" is showing.
