The big difference on the team is Doug Flutie. At 39 years old, he no longer has youth on his side and his performance has slowed down somewhat. However, he has completely changed the attitude in the dressing room. I would not be surprised to see the Chargers win a dozen games this year. The excuse of the easy schedule is meaningless. As the team wins it will gain more and more confidence. And CONFIDENCE is often times what brings you to the top. PS - Go Flutie, show those Bills what they lost.
