Hmmm, a VP of LICENSING? Now, just what does that job entail? Certainly interesting that this constitutes a full time position. Lotsa travel probably.

BADEN, Germany Intel Corp. introduced the Intel Telematics Design Center, a program that provides Web-based development and technical support for designing navigation, multimedia, hands-free and other in-car Internet products and applications using the Intel StrongArm and the upcoming Intel XScale-based processors.
The center includes hardware designs for full multimedia and hands-free phone kits based on the Intel processors, a technical library that features hardware design guides and software development notes, tools for programming flash and debugging applications and links to various third-party tool vendor downloads.

There is no cost to developers who use the design center, Intel said.
