RIGL at $4? Looks good to me. Basket mentality makes individual moves rather simple for me. I'd love to catch bottoms, but I'm pleased with "cheap".

FWIW, I would have thought MAXY would already have litigated if they were going to. They've certainly showed themselves prepared to use the courts (cf Enchira).
From my decidedly non-technical & limited viewpoint, the two companies have different approaches which don't tread on each others' toes. (Please do your own DD on this if contemplating a real world purchase...).
Also, a significant part of MAXY's business seems to be non-biotech, unlike AMEV.
