Aw ,,, but the definition is exactly what is happening. Thus a CARTEL is a group involved with each other for the purpose of controlling production, distribution and price. Thus this is exactly what you pay $600.00 a month for isn;t it. To find targets and then unitedly short sell offshore so the short looks like a plain sell in order to manipulate the distribution (by diluting the outstanding shares) and thus put enough stock into the market ot affect a downward movement in the price. But Collusion any agreement (erbal or written) between two or more people to engage in unison in fraud. Thus since the offshore shorting selling is to illegally short stocks (the targets) in the American market is that not a fraud because the sell is not disclosed as a short but just a sell. Isn;t that a mirepresentation and thus creating a fraudulent market since there is unison effort. Internet boiler rooms is not just broker/dealers but anyone who bans together to affect a market by affect the trading on targeted securities. But see I am willing to let the SEC and congress and the senate and the finance committees decide. Offshore should be totally restricted with No Own - No Sell. SO far I do not see anything but propaganda as refute. Hehehehe ... bring it on. I need the quotes. P2bAAAT & DSAS

When you consider it is liberally spiced with invective and inflammatory personal comments, the poster and the person reposting this self-aggrandizing effrontery must certainly fall into the camp of those whose greed has undermined their ethics. For your information, some of your own ranks are spilling the beans concerning the inner workings of a "cartel". That you vehemently oppose anyone seeking to disrupt your meal ticket is clear. It is also clear that you have no real defense, just threats and empty namecalling and rhetoric. Attack us personally all you want. It only makes us stronger and reveals you for what you really are.
