Hello Tommaso. Is there any special reason that this was posted to me?. Maybe my name was just next on the list :-) I guess its ok but I was never involved in any Quebec Discussion's....." I would like to apologize publicly for ever having mentioned that I encountered three or four defensive, nationalistic, francophone jerks during a visit to Quebec City, and nowhere else. Anyone who wishes to is free to come to where I live and meet a few racist rednecks.".......
Take care
Lorne

<After posting my last message to you, it did occur to me that a sudden massive shift in spending habits by the American public might prevent inflation from occurring. >

This will not change anything as inflation has to do with the increasing number of fiat currencies... (money supply)

Merchants will still have to increase prices even if demand is not there. Consumers will buy anayway as there are more dollars available everywhere.
