That was my point. I don't think they are entitled to due process until legally admitted. That's the way I understood your post, and I agree they aren't entitled [Constitutionally] to due process, but that doesn't mean we can't provide it. That's what the current law[s] does. While not a protected right, it is something that we do provide because due process is something important. We are supposed to be the World Leader in civil and human rights, let's let our laws show that we are. jttmab
