Tom, if you like TALX short, you should definitely check out PRBZ.
It's a payroll administration company (competes with ADP and Ceridian). One third of revenues come from interest on the payroll deduction float. Interest rate cuts will hurt them badly.
In addition, revenue growth will be hurt by major employment cutbacks among their customers.
Balance sheet is poor. I estimate 6 months of cash left at current burn rates.
