Hi Ten, I think your post accurately describes the economics of the situation. 20k is higher than what the revenue supports, but to remove 20k and then retrain 20k when the recovery occurs, has its own costs.

I like what Cisco did, they gave successful employees an opportunity to take a year off and do volunteer work, with the potential option to join later on.
