That is something that won't happen in our lifetime. This isn't gonna go away anytime soon....we just have to try to prevent it any way we can, and deal with it harshly when it happens.

It all starts with the children. I read a quote of Hitler's many years ago.....

"Give me your children from birth to 5 years....and they will be mine forever"

or something like that.
