I don't yet know all the details on GENI , I doubt anyone does at this time. But , I can still see the shifting of blame in Lion's argument and thus yours since you endorse it. You are focusing on a symptom with GENI....ok , I'll grant Native Nations shouldn't have been able to short that much <I'm taking your word that they did> but like I said it was just the symptom to a problem. The problem , is that GENI is / was a piece of crap and it shouldn't have been manipped up to the point where Native Nations or anyone else would even want to be able to short it to that extent. Where's was Lion's <and thus your> righteous indignation when that stock was in squeeze <pump> mode ? That was the "problem" with GENI...the other stuff just symptoms. Just my 2 cents based on what is known now...subject to change. I'm done here. I've heard and agreed that naked shorting should be stopped , <not just by foreigners either> but so should a whole buncha other stuff and you guys don't wanna hear that. Finally , concerning those slaughtered GENI lambs...they were warned , by : Who else ? THE SHORTS ! !
