Ahhhh! Free @ last...

Bought this POS on Friday based on the hourly chart which I tried to post on Yahoo... but the Internet has been real flaky today.

edit - NT.to hourly chart... not withstanding the obvious tape painting attempt last week, I bought NT.to based on support @ $7.50, the hourly cross-over of the 5 + 21 day ema & the confirming cross-over of the +DMI over the -DMI.

stockcharts.com[w,a]eicayymy[da][pc5!c21!c50!c200!h.02,.20!i!f][vc60][iut!Ul14!Lc20!La12,26,9!Lh14,3!Lb14!Lg]
as per my posts on Ihub.

Wow!!! What an ugly chart ughh!

NT.to daily chart stockcharts.com[w,a]dicayymy[dc][pc5!c21!c50!c200!h.02,.20!i!f][vc60][iut!ul14!lc20!la12,26,9!lh14,3!lb14!lg]

Positives: 5 day ema crossed over the 21 day ema almost but not quite confirmed by the DMI's. ADX heading south which is suggesting that the prior trend down is losing strength. MACd below zero but the MACd histogram is increasing incrementally. Support @ 7.50.

My stop is just below support.

Negatives: Everthing else.

Regards,
Peter

Bob, thanks for the votes. These were tough markets before September 11th, and tougher and more unpredictable since.

For me, I won't ignore buy signals if and when we get them, but I plan to be extra cautious until I feel the trends have had sufficient time to validate the indicators.

As always, a Weekly Chart Buy is way more significant than a Daily Chart Buy. Doesn't mean there isn't money to be made in the short-run, with Daily signals, but it's a lot safer playing in the direction of long-term trends.

These signals have simplified my investing decisions.
I don't know where the market is heading, or when it will turn. Some day it will turn.

With six sell signals on the exchanges, I know I would need a compelling reason to buy anything. So, for the most part, I'm watching.
