It's not exactly spam, but is blanketing a thread with unsolicited cut and paste news articles like this within the TOU? I doubt it.

Regarding Mr "Wolff", his posting habits and content have a remarkable resemblance to those of "NoBusinessWire.com", aka "CraigGoon", aka "TruthSeeker". The latter hydra-head was put in SI jail from 6/14 till 7/14, and then on 6/20 Mr "Wolff"s post counts suddenly went ballistic.

Coincidence? I guess it's possible, LOL.

I assume it is still cause for permanent banning for persons to post from multiple SI usernames, especially while in jail under one name.
