Paul, that's because BREL was never on anybody's radar, totally unknown, It traded less than 1k shares a day in August. Volume is beginning to pick up a little. If bioterrorism gets more coverage and people look around for a manufacturer of smallpox vaccine, they will find BREL. Of course that's not the only thing BREL does. I regret not adding on the dip to 11s last Friday.

OICO may be onto the second wave (B wave, M wave, whatever, I just can never get the TA terminology right).
