Matt, who put out that analysis? It sounds pretty reasonable.

Thanks,

You've got to be impressed -

"... its performance receiving good reviews in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 tragedy. In fact, GX put up circuits between NY and major financial centers around the world (especially Tokyo) for several large financial firms on an overnight basis versus 30-45 day intervals being quoted by other carriers."

The problem with Solomon Smith Barney's analysis is it does not mention what will happen in 2003 ?

The Capital markets have closed for the telecom sector and is likely to remain so for a long time. GX will have to raise more money and the financing will likely be very dilutive.
