There is nothing in Arab or Islamic culture that promotes violence or discord; indeed, there is a strong cultural preference for stability, order and respect for authority.

Bin Laden's terrorism is not the norm. Many people from the Middle East have made their home in the US and have become US citizens.

Pat, Thank you for that informative article. Last night on the PBS News Hour, a leader from India made the statement that there are more Moslems in India than Pakistan and that India has more Moslems than any other country than Indonesia. The article does not mention India. I wonder if that is an oversight.

Is there a Moslem church led by a woman ? Is there a Moslem church that embraces the homosexual ? Is there a Moslem church that is pro-choice ? Is there a Unitarian Moslem non-discriminatory multi-cultural we welcome diversity church ?

My in other words the moderate Moslem is to the right of Jerry Falwell. Yet you champion them and despise Falwell. Go figure. Your all nuts
