near-term and long-term NEUTRAL; says Q2 2001 decline in voicemail sales
is not temporary - sees a more than 20% decline in demand for voicemail in
2001 and at least a 10% decline in demand per year over the next four years;
cuts 2002 EPS estimate to $0.85 from $1.22 and says $8.60 cash position will
not be sufficient to support current share price.

CMVT was mentioned this am early on Bloomie tv...wish I could remember more, but it had to do with a long term lowering of revenue in a sector their business..don't know more since I don't follow the company at all....but it was a comment that this was not a one quarter event.
