OT - what else?

The Neutron Bomb is a good concept, but fairly flawed in execution. Yes, you do nail everyone inside the kill radius ... but the lethal dosage drops off outside it. You also create a donut of people who have been sufficiently irradiated that they will die soon, but not immediately - and there is no BETTER motivation for someone to go kamikaze than to know he's dying, but can still get the folks who "killed" him. Bad idea.

Using any WMD on this terrorist problem is like swatting flies with a howitzer. Instead, we need bugzappers. Lure 'em in and fry 'em.
