This would represent a quantum leap in warfare escalation..The fact that we would be willing to use it on the Muslims would not be lost on our middle east allies. The Japanese are still debating if using the atomic bomb on them was a racist statement.

I think our military is very capable and that there is a lot of military hardware (toys) that they want to try out. Keep in mind that whatever toys work in Afghanistan will work very well in Iraq, Syria, and in any other nation that harbors terrorists.

I don't consider the neutron bomb to be a weapon of mass destruction. It is designed not to be that. It is a weapon of mass death if employed against a mass. I would deploy it against cave systems known to be frequented by bin Laden.
