Unfortunately a boycott might be the only method to get the regulators attention. If these problems and issues do not materially change giving the investor more control over his property then I fully intend to "exit".

It is my theory that most people have no idea that their shares are being loaned out and used/sold agianst their investment. If they knew, If they understood, they would be infuriated. And would never return toinvesting in the market. Until the rule was changed.
