Something is going on here...
stockcharts.com[m,a]dacl...

Note the pick up in volume on rising prices... ADX and RSI show increasing buyers overpowering
sellers... Perhaps the new deal made with the preferred share owners and the anticipation of
good September ending numbers are moving the price higher...

Dave, I think this latest rise in price will be unsustainable, it's the last gasp to give any insiders still holding the chance to unload to unsuspecting hopefuls.

I'll be shocked if this company is still solvent in a year. I think they will declare some form of bankruptcy, and be bought up by GM, or another company.

We discussed this some time ago. Noone will buy this co. until they are bankrupt...why should they. The latest Nasdaq listing requirements preclude the obvious notion of any type of reverse split i would think... why bother?

Just my opinion, and i don't read the filings like i used to so it's definitely less valid...but i can't see these guys survivng the oncoming global recession...no way.

Hope it doesn't happen since I've followed the technology, story and the personalities for so long...but I think it will nevertheless.

it's a cruel world<g>

Best,

JM
