When I was in college in the 80's, there was a computer game/simulation floating around called "Life", where digital entities multiplied and died, and competed for resources. Over the years, these simulations have become much more complex. My friend's kids are into Sim-City and Sim-Ant, etc..

Some of these simulations let you the game player play god to these digital entities. You can program in natural disasters. Entities are able to ask for God's help or sacrifice virgins to you. It is up to you, as God, to determine if you want to help them or not. If an entity doesn't ask for your help, you are probably not going to bother with it.

I do not really know if Ed, KB Rory and the rest of us are all buzzing around in a big-freakin computer simulation prepared by higher level beings for their amusement. But, it is these life simulation games which helped tilt me to the "There is a God" side.
