Thanx Paul, I was just reading that myself. What is your read on that? I noticed today there were more purchases of stock by the management and the directors...these are new compared to the ones we saw a week or two ago. Would it be Intel, Globespan, Cisco, TI, Infineon, AMD, Siemens, ADI or who that would be after AWRE?

The same thing, but only different.

Aware adopts rights plan with 15 pct trigger
NEW YORK, Oct 2 (Reuters) - DSL technology provider Aware Inc. (NasdaqNM:AWRE - news) on Tuesday said it had adopted a rights plan with a 15 percent trigger to protect stockholders in the event than an unsolicited attempt is made to acquire control of the company.

Bedford, Massachusetts-based Aware said the rights plan will be issued to stockholders of record on Oct. 15 and exercisable only if a person or group, subject to certain exceptions, buys or announces a tender offer to buy 15 percent or more of the company's common stock.

The rights will be distributed as a non-taxable dividend and will expire on Oct. 2, 2011 unless redeemed earlier.
