I think a just solution has to be from an agreement of the parties involved. I think Israel should allow and recognize a Palestinian state and the PLO (and the government of the Palestinian state after it is created) should recognize Israel. The exact borders would of course be subject to negotiation but they wouldn't differ too much from the green line but Israel would keep at least a big chunk of Jerusalem.
