Hi Jeffrey, My cable modem is still down...over 12hrs now...i actually called in my sell orders, it is just that IMCL & MLNM move very quickly, and the phone doesn't. Although I'm glad to say that I was able to get through to the trade desk very easily, and out with out a problem. My dial up speed is 26K...I tried hooking up my workstation, but don't want to mess it up...so I stopped. I guess I'll take the hr+ to download the platform via dialup. My guess on IMCL is that the MM are buying like crazy to tender what ever they get when the time comes. The only question is what happens to the stock after the tender date comes along, will it drop if people who tender don't get to tender their whole position, or what happens if not enough people tender...does BMY have to go to the open market or will the insiders sell more? That is a very interesting theoretical strategy...submit to tender...tender 20%, 1K and then have the remaining 4K called away for a profit. Thanks. BTW...Oct 22-23 there is an Anti-Cancer meeting, where IMCL, MLNM, CELG, and a bunch more are presenting...I'm not sure who is their target audience (lab rats, Docs, investors, etc?)...they just sent me this thing in the mail. srinstitute.com Best of Luck, WHG?
