It had a really good conference call last week where they gave guidance of at least 30-40% growth over the next couple of years. The fundamentals look fantastic and the chart looks good too, IMHO.

Headwaters Inc. Increases Fiscal 2001 and 2002 Forecast

DRAPER, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 2001--

Expects Strong 4th Quarter

Expects FY 2002 Growth in Excess of 30%

Headwaters Inc. (Nasdaq: HDWR - news) Wednesday announced that its operations continue to grow and expand and that the tragic events of the last two weeks have not had a business impact on any of its employees or operations.

For the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2001, Headwaters expects revenues in excess of $12 million, record chemical sales, and record earnings per share. Headwaters expects the earnings per share for the quarter and the year ending Sept. 30, 2001 to be $0.22 to $0.26 and $0.83 to $0.87, respectively.

Headwaters' expectations include the operations of HTI, the acquisition of which closed on Aug. 28, 2001. Headwaters expects pre-tax earnings per share to range from $1.13 to $1.20 for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2002, which reflects a growth rate of between 30%-40%.
