I think they filed, something this thing looks like it's headed towards. I have never had any connection - as an investor or an employee to Nanovation. I was a JDSU investor, a few years back, when you gamblers used to come over with this pumpy dumpy, we don't have a product yet, but "my day will come" stock. Everybody has placed their bets; 38 cents. Why? Because everyone knows the race is over... If you couldn't get 8 channels out the door, how are you ever going to get 160? All that R&D with that whoppin 12 million left in the coffers(coffin)? The inside investors are selling like there's no tomorrow. I think they're right.
