Of course not. I am sure this has been rethought.

It is not always possible to see the bad apples right off the bat - some can lurk in disguise.

Actually Noriega was trained by the ASOA in Panamá, which is where it was located from its formation in roughly 1946 until it was moved to Fort Benning in roughly the early 90s ..... unconnected trivia - years ago i knew a man who said he had been seconded to the US army at Fort Benning to teach parachute jumping skills to those who would become instructors for the US airborne, and before Pearl Harbour as i recall ... he was in the british army at the time, had previously been seconded to the canadian army, and took canadians down there with him .... in late May 1944 he jumped with a squad over a practice range in England, smashed his leg and hip and a man beside him was killed, he missed the whole invasion

I have two questions -

1. why are there jewish settlements in the Gaza strip?
2. why is Kashmir part of India if its population is overwhelmingly muslim?

... these are serious questions, i have no position to espouse, i simply don't know the answers and would appreciate any links anyone has to non-partisan objective viewpoints on them ..... cheers
