I doubt shorters are getting bent out of shape. They are the ones making money at this point.

It is the Longs that are getting bent, they are losing money and they complain the loudest when that happens.

Anyway, your foundation that people have a right to know that "their" stock is being lent out is flawed. It's not their stock, they bought on margin.

Pure speculation.

Joe, no one is going to worry about changing the rules for penny stock players.
