In San Francisco we provide 187 million a year for homeless trash who take the money to buy drugs alcohol and smokes. Thus our government helps fund the drug trade, destroys livers and pollutes the environment.

Thought it would make stocks and property subject to capital gains more attractive than cash earning taxable interest and thus stimulate investment. What a I missing.
