Chris you will only get 100 % agreement from me on the insanity on the war on drugs. The money should be directed to helping addicts and research on ending addiction.
As far as helping people who need help I wish that we could help those people who really are trying but have fallen on hard times even more generously than we do. However we should cut off those who use the handouts to buy drugs etc. and who actually want no help but are just dropping out of society.
