hmm...let's see here. we bomb the shit out of serbia (who did nothing to us) and now they will hate america forever. we put the albanian majority in power and try to keep them from beating up on the serbs now that they have the upper-hand. what happens when our boys come home? let's see. albanians will slaughter serbs who are heavily outnumbered and won't be able to defend themselves. of course we will interfere and not let the albanians finish off the serbs once and for all, so in the end albanians will resent us too and as it's been for century after century they will still hate each other, nothing will be accomplished... ...except now they will all hate americans too.
