Well this is certainly a terra-centric slant on things isn't it - 'If it wasn't for the Moon, the oceans would always be the same level and nobody would ever have to worry about the amount of water on their side of the earth being less than it should be.' The oceans always are the same level, from the lunatic point of view, and to hold the moon culpable for the earth sloshing about within them is just pure terracy ... you haven't done the measurements from the Very Centre of the Pink Sheet Trading Floor, have you? .... hmmmph, apolloing logic
