When I said PR has been around in the past, I meant Performance Rating, or Pentium equivalent rating, not PR as in Public Relations or marketing.

I think this whole PR thing will not pose a problem to OEMs selling in retail. They have dome it in the past. I think it makes it a bit more difficult on smaller boxmakers and local assemblers.
